Hoplite

I've been playing(unreasonably obsessed with) Rome: Total War over the past few days, and I am utterly fascinated by the Hoplite unit, pictured here in phalanx formation.

Do you see this? This titan of the battlefield, a wall of hard steel and man.

A nice simple beginning

Blogging is comparable to standing in the middle of an empty parking lot, screaming your lungs out about your ex girlfriend who dumped you for that rich kid. No one hears you, and in the rare chance someone does actually get ear of your lament, they'll probably let you know how much of a fucking moron you are and give you five easy steps to removing yourself from the gene pool.

Talking to people who aren't there. This is what I plan to do. What a life.
